- Ingredients shopping list
- 3 loaves pita bread shopping list
- 3 cucumbers ,medium size shopping list
- 1/2 head lettuce ,medium size shopping list
- 2 tbsp mint ,fresh and chopped shopping list
- 3 tbsp parsely ,fresh and chopped shopping list
- spring onions, sliced (to taste) shopping list
- 2 tomatoes ,medium size, diced shopping list
- 2 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil shopping list
- 1 tbsp Sumac shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- 1 tbsp pomegranate ,molasses shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cut bread into small squares 1 cm and broil in a toaster or until crunchy to make croutons. You can also fry them in oil.
- 2. Cut lettuce into thin strips. Slice cucumbers.
- 3. Mix tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, onions, fresh mint and parsely in a salad bowl.
- 4. Mix salt, pepper, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, sumac, and olive oil. Add to salad bowl. Sprinkle croutons on surface. Serve right away.
