  • Pour over fruit and nuts.
  • Spoon into pans. Bake 1 3/4 hours or until done in a 325 degree oven. (Less time needed if smaller pans are used.)

    this recipe is similar to a fruit cake recipe that I'm looking for.. I can't find mine.. It has Brazil nuts and 3 other nuts. it's mostly dried fruit not candied and had approx 1/2 cup flour.. But your recipe sounds close will give a try.
