  • Mash lemon pepper seasoning and parsley into soft cream cheese - then spread onto a slice of smoked salmon like you were spreading butter on toast. Roll up tightly adding a second slice to the roll until it's as thick as a telegraph cucumber. With a clean knife - wiping the blade between each cut, slice into pinwheels and either serve as is or place on little square of buttered ryebread
