Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mush everything together with your hands in a large bowl.
  • Chill the mixture, covered, for at least 2 hrs. or overnight.
  • To Bake:
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • With wet hands, roll the mxture into 1" balls & place on cookies sheet.
  • Bake 20-30 minutes, or until browned on bottom & cooked through.
  • You really need to break a ball open to check for doneness, as it is sometimes hard to judge by appearance.
  • These can be frozen, unbaked.

Well, all my life I have been called "Irish" even though our background is Irish, English and Norwegian. I've always had that Irish twinkle in my eyes ;-) I think this recipe sounds great and a nice change from the usual St. Patty's day fare. Thank you!
