Ingredients

1 can of crab

1 Roma tomato, halved and thinly sliced

1/2 avocado, cubed

1 1/2 T of mayonnaise

1 tsp of curry powder

2 tsp of balsamic vinegar

1 tsp of olive oil

Some salad greens

Directions

Mix the mayonnaise and curry powder together in a bowl

Add crab, tomato, and avocado half.

Mix well.

Dress greens in olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Top greens with crab salad.

Tip: If you keep the avocado in the remaining half, you can store it in the fridge in a sandwich bag for a few days without crystallization or browning.
