It really is easy, take my word! I've used it many times when I was just too tired, stressed, etc. to make a 'from scratch' meal. Mama, I think it would be very easy to make it organic, also - free-range chicken, homegrown organic veggies, scratch pie crust...it would take a bit longer to make, but be well worth it, I'm sure!
