This Chicken Pot Pie couldn't be easier to make - great for those cold winter nights when you don't have much time, but want to serve a healthy, stick-to-your-ribs type meal!

It really is easy, take my word! I've used it many times when I was just too tired, stressed, etc. to make a 'from scratch' meal. Mama, I think it would be very easy to make it organic, also - free-range chicken, homegrown organic veggies, scratch pie crust...it would take a bit longer to make, but be well worth it, I'm sure!

We had this for dinner tonight and will make it again for SURE !! My Hubby really like pot pies and I am a lazy cook so this pleases both of us. But the next time I make it I will add a little chicken bouillon and maybe some mushrooms...because we like them
