Ingredients
  • 500g Raw Peanuts
  • 2 Cups of White Sugar
  • 2 Cups of Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Food Colouring

Directions
  1. Combine all ingrediants in a large frying pan. Stir over a low heat until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Bring to the boil, boil steadily uncovered for ten minutes. Remove from heat. Stir constantly with a fork until sugar crystalizes around peanuts. Turn out and cool on tray.
