Teriyaki Chicken

- 1/4 c sesame seeds shopping list
- 6 tsp salt reduced soy sauce shopping list
- 6 tsp honey shopping list
- 1 tsp sesame oil( optional) shopping list
- 1 tsp ginger shopping list
- 1 clove garlic crushed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper shopping list
- 4 skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into small chunks shopping list
- spring onions for garnish shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl,combine the sesame seeds,soy sauce,honey,sesame oil, ginger and pepper.Mix well and set aside 2 Tblspns of marinade
- Add chicken to the remaining marinade in the bowl and stir to coat.
- Cover bowl with clear plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to hot
- remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the rack of the grill pan(or just in a dish)
- Grill chicken until no longer pink in the middle or unitl juices run clear roughly about 12-15 mins( baste chicken with reserved marinade and turn only once)
- Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately
