Ingredients
  • 1/4 c sesame seeds
  • 6 tsp salt reduced soy sauce
  • 6 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil( optional)
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 clove garlic crushed
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 4 skinless chicken breast fillets, cut into small chunks
  • spring onions for garnish

Directions
  1. In a medium bowl,combine the sesame seeds,soy sauce,honey,sesame oil, ginger and pepper.Mix well and set aside 2 Tblspns of marinade
  2. Add chicken to the remaining marinade in the bowl and stir to coat.
  3. Cover bowl with clear plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 mins or overnight.
  4. Preheat the grill to hot
  5. remove the chicken from the marinade and place on the rack of the grill pan(or just in a dish)
  6. Grill chicken until no longer pink in the middle or unitl juices run clear roughly about 12-15 mins( baste chicken with reserved marinade and turn only once)
  7. Garnish with spring onions and serve immediately
