We absolutely love seafood. This is our favourite.

Ingredients
  • White sauce:
  • 250 g margarine
  • 250 cake flour
  • 2 litre milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 250 ml sour cream
  • 500 g uncooked pasta of your choice
  • 10 ml olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 12 prawns
  • 500 g mussel meat
  • 300 g mussel, halves
  • 500 g crab sticks
  • 250 g salmon
  • paprika

Directions
  1. Melt margarine and add flour till crimb stage.
  2. Slowly add heated milk while beating to prevent lumps.
  3. Add salt pepper and sour cream.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Cook pasta in salt water with olive oil.
  6. Mix mussels,salmon and crab with white sauce
  7. Put the pasta into a casserole.
  8. Pour mixture over.
  9. Cover and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  10. Garnish with mussels, prawns, spring onion and paprika.

What's a crap stick? And wouldn't that make the dish taste crappy?


I think this sounds great, I assume you are talking about immitation crab meat. I'm so sorry you've had to endure the rudness of the above post for so long. Really, some people have no filters or manners built into them.
