Spanish Omelet

- 15 ml olive oil shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic, crushed shopping list
- 2 onions, chopped shopping list
- 5 ml chicken spice shopping list
- 50 g frozen peas shopping list
- 1 potato, cooked and diced shopping list
- 100g sausages, sliced shopping list
- 100 g mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 red pepper, chopped shopping list
- 8 large eggs shopping list
- 30 ml milk shopping list
- 30 ml parsley shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until transluscent.
- Add peas, potato, sausages, red pepper and mushrooms.
- Fry for a few minutes.
- Remove from stove.
- Mix eggs, milk.
- Season to taste.
- Spoon vegetables into a casserole.
- Pour egg mixture over.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
- Serve hot with toast.
