Ingredients
  • 6 boneless porkchops
  • 1 6oz Box Stove Top Stuffing Mix, for pork, chicken, or make your own
  • 1 Can Apple Pie Filling, make sure it has pie spices, not plain apples
  • Cooking spray

Directions
  1. Heat oven 350
  2. Brown chops, med heat, in fry pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. While chops are browning, prepare stuffing.
  4. Lightly spray an 8"x12" baking dish with cooking spray, arrange browned pork chops on bottom of dish.
  5. Spread finished stuffing over pork chops, do not pack down.
  6. Spoon Apple Pie filling over stuffing.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  8. Days I'm not in a hurry, I make Bells Stuffing, and add onions, or mushrooms, walnuts or chop an apple into the stuffing.
  9. The juice from the pie filling makes the pork chops tender, and gives them an excellent flavor. You can alter this recipe to make 2 servings or as much as you like.
