Turkey Cranberry Burgers Recipe

Turkey Cranberry Burgers Recipe
These burgers taste and smell like Thanksgiving. Mix them up and broil them in a fraction of the time a turkey takes for a healthy and tasty burger. They smell wonderful!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 lb. ground turkey
  • 1/8 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic finely minced
  • 2 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together just until blended.
  2. Divide into four sections and shape lightly into four patties.
  3. I use a George Foreman grill all year for these and grill them about five minutes, until they are not pink.

Must try these. I eat a lot of ground turkey.

These are just what I am looking for! Sounds like Thanksgiving dinner on the grill! I am making them tomorrow.

Michele - I hope these suit you as well as they do my family. I play with/tweak what I put in according to what I have on hand but this essential formula works well. Please rate them once you make them. Hope you had a great Father's Day.

Hello, Borinda :) I'm not too sure why this has a low rating, but it doesn't deserve it! I've been eating turkey / red-onion / swiss cheese / cranberry relish / grilled paninis all week, and these are pretty close (same ingredients). They are good as-is, but very versatile too.
