Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix all of the ingredients together just until blended.
  • Divide into four sections and shape lightly into four patties.
  • I use a George Foreman grill all year for these and grill them about five minutes, until they are not pink.

Hello, Borinda :) I'm not too sure why this has a low rating, but it doesn't deserve it! I've been eating turkey / red-onion / swiss cheese / cranberry relish / grilled paninis all week, and these are pretty close (same ingredients). They are good as-is, but very versatile too.
    Thank you for posting this!

Michele - I hope these suit you as well as they do my family. I play with/tweak what I put in according to what I have on hand but this essential formula works well. Please rate them once you make them. Hope you had a great Father's Day.
