Cranberry Sherbet

- 4 cups cranberries shopping list
- 3 cups water shopping list
- 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- juice of 2 lemons shopping list
- 1 cup ginger ale shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cranberries and 2-1/2 cups water in saucepan
- Cook until berries pop
- Strain
- Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water
- Combine sugar and berries in saucepan
- Cook until sugar is dissolved
- Add gelatin to berries, cool
- Stir in lemon juice and ginger ale
- Pour mixture into small trays or a flat glass dish
- Stir and slightly beat with fork occasionally as mixture freezes
- Freeze completely
- * Scoop * into dishes when ready to serve
