Blueberry Tapioca

- 1 pint - large blueberries or 2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries thawed shopping list
- 1/2 cup - sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup - water shopping list
- 2 tbsp. - tapioca shopping list
- 11/2 cups - whipped cream shopping list
How to make it
- Stir all ingredients, except whipped cream, together in 2-quart saucepan; let stand for 5 minutes. Stirring constantly, bring to a full boil.
- Ladle into 5 individual dessert bowls. Serve warm or chilled topped with whipped cream.
