Ingredients
  • 1 pint - large blueberries or 2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries thawed
  • 1/2 cup - sugar
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 2 tbsp. - tapioca
  • 11/2 cups - whipped cream

Directions
  1. Stir all ingredients, except whipped cream, together in 2-quart saucepan; let stand for 5 minutes. Stirring constantly, bring to a full boil.
  2. Ladle into 5 individual dessert bowls. Serve warm or chilled topped with whipped cream.
