Sugar Coated Pecans

A Holiday favorite of ours, fortunately we have more than enough pecans this year to make this, thanks to the two pecan trees in the front yard!
Ingredients
- 1 pound of pecan halves (or pieces) shopping list
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1 tsp water shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, put 2 egg whites and 1 tsp of water.
- Mix until frothy
- Add sugar, cinnamon and salt
- Blend
- Stir in pecans
- Gently mix and coat well
- Place on baking dish in 200 degree oven for 90 minutes, stir every 15 minutes
