Ingredients
  • Baby scallops (your choice)
  • Raw peeled Shrimp (your choice)
  • 200gr. Rice
  • 50 ml Heavy Cream
  • 3 lfs. Basil
  • Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Parsley
  • Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper

Directions
  1. RICE:
  2. In a saucer, pour 2-4 tblspoons of olive oil and fry the parsley and basil for about a minute. Add the 200gr of rice and fry the rice for about 8 minutes. When the rice starts to change color, add 1 1/2 cups of water, add salt and cover. Boil until the water vaporates, and just before all the water is gone, add the heavy cream and parmesan cheese (depends on taste how "parmesany" you want it). When the rice thickens and the liquid has evaporated, the rice is ready.
  3. Seafood:
  4. In a highly heated frying pan, on about 2-3 tblspoons of olive oil, fry basil and rosemary for about 1 minute. Saute the shrimp and the scallops for about 2 minutes (shrimp until they are all pink, and scallops until their color is slightly browner). As they are frying, add some salt and pepper on top.
  5. Presentation is completely your choice and imagination.
  6. Good luck and enjoy!!
