Swiss cheese fondue

- 1 8 oz pk swiss cheese. cut into strips shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup ginger ale shopping list
- 1 Tbsp flour shopping list
- dash salt shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- dash of nutmeg shopping list
- French bread - cut into pieces shopping list
How to make it
- toss cheese and flour together.
- rub fondue cooker with a clove of garlic.
- pour in ginger ale. heat until bubbles rise to the surface (never let boil)
- add cheese, 1/2 cup at a time
- stir constantly until cheese melts.
- continue adding cheese.
- stir in spices.
- serve with the french bread
