Killer Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion

1 small can chopped green chiles

1 small bottle of HOT taco sauce

1 small can tomato sauce

2 blocks Colby cheese, shredded

Tostitos Scoops, for dipping

Directions

Dice onion and heat in large skillet over medium with a small amount of oil until transparent.

Add tomato sauce, chiles, and taco sauce.

Cover and cook over medium-medium low for twenty minutes, stirring frequently.

Meanwhile, shred Colby cheese.

Once sauce has thickened, begin stirring in handfuls of cheese, one at a time, until desired texture and taste. Heat thoroughly.

Serve immediately with chips.

Add fresh chopped scallions for garnish, if desired.
