- Fresh Shelled oysters shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- cornmeal shopping list
- flour shopping list
- cooking oil shopping list
- lemon shopping list
- tartar sauce or cocktail sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Start with fresh shelled oysters in their own liquid. Do not wash the oysters, but salt & pepper on all sides, roll in a mixture of cornmeal & flour (or use a commercial fish fry mixture) and fry to a golden brown in a good quality cooking oil.
- Serve with fresh lemon slices, tartar sauce or the cocktail sauce of your choice.
