Unorthodox Meat balls

- 1 lb ground sirloin shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped or shredded Italian cheese blend i.e., parmesan romano provolone and mozzerella shopping list
- 1 cup bread crumbs (I make my own gluten free ones from my homemade sandwich bread) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- italian seasonings to taste shopping list
- 2tsp salt shopping list
- 2tsp pepper shopping list
- 2tbs olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Let beef sit out for one hour prior to mixing so it's not cold on your hands
- Throw all ingredients into a large mixing bowl
- knead with your hands until everythings mixed in
- Put oil into frying pan on med heat
- roll meat into balls
- fry until brown continually turning
- add to sauce of choice
