How to make it

  • Cut chicken breasts in small pieces and marinate for 2 hours in teriyaki sauce.
  • Add cornstrach and mix, this makes the meat really mild.
  • Cut vegetables in thin bars.
  • Heat peanut oil in wok, stir-fry chicken breasts, add vegetables, chilli and soy sauce.
  • After a minute add bean sprouts, oyster sauce and soy souce. Mix it well and serve.

    Hi! This recipe sounds delicious, but there aren't any specific amounts of some of the ingredients, so I'm wondering how much of these ingredients I should use:

    soy sauce
    teriyaki sauce
    oyster sauce
    dried chili

    I've never cooked with oyster sauce or dried chili, so I can't do the "put in what seems right" method. :/
