Salmon Croquetts

- 3 cups cooked salmon, flaked shopping list
- 1/3 cup margarine shopping list
- 1/3 cup flour shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1 Tbsp onion shopping list
- 1 tsp vinegar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- melt butter, stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk. Cook until VERY thick.
- mix flour mixture with onion, vinegar and fish.
- put into refrigerator several hours
- take small amount and roll into balls.
- dip in egg wash (egg and 1 T water), roll in bread crumbs
- place in refrigerator 30 more minutes
- deep fat fry
- .
- make sure the balls are small, otherwise they won't be cooked in the center
