How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream butter and icing sugar.
  • Add flour and mix well.
  • Pat into a well greased 9x9 pan and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Spread with raspberry jam
  • Stir together eggs, brown sugar and coconut.
  • Pour over cake.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes until top is golden brown.
