this is a simple dish if you do not have a lot of time but need something of nut.

Ingredients
  • cut up about 5-7 chicken breast
  • 1 bag of instant rice uncooked
  • mushrooms
  • 1 can of crean of chicken
  • 1 can of water
  • salt and pepper
  • tbsp butter

Directions
  1. brown chicken in butter
  2. add mushrooms
  3. stir in cream of chicken
  4. stir in uncooked rice
  5. stir in 1 can of water
  6. cook until rice is cooked
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. serve warm
