roast acorn squash

- 1 acorn squash shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 2 teaspoons butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar shopping list
- 2 teaspoons mustard (I use dijon but any kind would work) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut squash in half and remove seeds.
- Brush exposed squash with olive oil.
- Roast 45 minutes skin side up.
- Mix together butter, brown sugar and mustard.
- Turn squash halves over and put half of mustard mixture into each cavity.
- Bake for 40 more minutes or until squash is tender.
