Jicama Vidalia Salsa

- 1 jicama shopping list
- 1 large vidalia onion shopping list
- 2 small carrots optional shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup white vinegar shopping list
- 2 fresh jalapenos shopping list
- 5 dried anchos shopping list
- 2 dried habaneras shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Peel the jicama, onion and carrot and dice.
- Throw everything in the blender and grind to your liking.
- Let stand or refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let everything meld.
