Lamb With A Molasses Mustard Glaze

- 1/2 cup molasses shopping list
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. chile powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, minced shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- 4 lamb chops shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Combine the molasses, dijon, cider vinegar, chile powder, onion powder, garlic powder and minced garlic.
- Set aside.
- Brush the lamb with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat either a frying pan or the BBQ grill.
- Cook 10 minutes on one side.
- Flip and cook 10 minutes longer, basting with the glaze.
- Serve with remaining glaze.
