How to make it

  • Combine the molasses, dijon, cider vinegar, chile powder, onion powder, garlic powder and minced garlic.
  • Set aside.
  • Brush the lamb with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Heat either a frying pan or the BBQ grill.
  • Cook 10 minutes on one side.
  • Flip and cook 10 minutes longer, basting with the glaze.
  • Serve with remaining glaze.

    What a barbeque sauce! Filing this away until summer. Sounds nothing like the usual american bbq sauces-and that's fine with me!
