Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. chile powder
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • olive oil
  • 4 lamb chops
  • salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Combine the molasses, dijon, cider vinegar, chile powder, onion powder, garlic powder and minced garlic.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Brush the lamb with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Heat either a frying pan or the BBQ grill.
  5. Cook 10 minutes on one side.
  6. Flip and cook 10 minutes longer, basting with the glaze.
  7. Serve with remaining glaze.
