Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 1 cup of clams
  • 1 cup of shrimp, peeled
  • i cup of bite size squid
  • or any of your fav. seafood
  • pinch of ground white pepper
  • pinch of salt

Directions
  1. beat egg with salt and pepper until fluffy add soy sauce and water mix well
  2. put seafood on a container or a bowl
  3. pour the egg mixture on the bowl
  4. when your steamer is boiling and hot steam yor egg mix. for 15 or 20 mins

Because squid is hard to get in MO,I would substitute crab.


if you use crab it will taste alot better :)
