How to make it

  • beat egg with salt and pepper until fluffy add soy sauce and water mix well
  • put seafood on a container or a bowl
  • pour the egg mixture on the bowl
  • when your steamer is boiling and hot steam yor egg mix. for 15 or 20 mins
