Pork With Glass Noodle

- 400 g pork (chop without bone) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce shopping list
- 2 drops seasam oil shopping list
- white pepper shopping list
- peanut oil shopping list
- 1 carrot shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper shopping list
- 1 yellow bell pepper shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper shopping list
- 2-3 spring onion shopping list
- 250 g glass noodle shopping list
- 150 ml bouillon shopping list
How to make it
- Boil glass noodle according package instruction.
- Slice pork thin.
- Marinate for 20 minutes with black soy sauce, seasam oil, white pepper.
- I also put 1-2 tablespoons corn starch on the meat.
- Slice carrot, peppers onion.
- Heat oil, stir-fry pork, exclude.
- Add vegetables, stir-fry.
- Add pork with bouillon, and mix with glass noodle. Serve.
