How to make it

  • Boil glass noodle according package instruction.
  • Slice pork thin.
  • Marinate for 20 minutes with black soy sauce, seasam oil, white pepper.
  • I also put 1-2 tablespoons corn starch on the meat.
  • Slice carrot, peppers onion.
  • Heat oil, stir-fry pork, exclude.
  • Add vegetables, stir-fry.
  • Add pork with bouillon, and mix with glass noodle. Serve.
