Smore Granola Bars Recipe
S'mores done inside the right way. This is not only really good, but it's not horribly bad for you either. A Great little snack, after work, school, on a break or whatever.

Ingredients
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 1/4 cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 1/3 cup + 1 Tablespoon Pure Maple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Sweetened Coconut
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Butter up a 9x9in baking pan, set aside
  3. Melt butter, brown sugar, and maple syrup over medium heat until sugar has dissolved.
  4. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the flour, oats, graham cracker crumbs, coconut, salt and ground cinnamon.
  5. Make sure all is mixed together and coated.
  6. Take half of the mixture and press it into the pan.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle marshmallows and chocolate evenly.
  9. Press on remaining oat mixture over the marshmallows and chocolate.
  10. Bake for 15 minutes.
  11. Once done, let cool for 2-3 minutes, and cut into bars, size of your choice.
  12. The longer you wait to cut them the messier the process will be.
  13. Store in an air tight container, refrigeration not needed.
