How to make it

  • Follow directions on box to cook rice.
  • Heat oil in frying pan.
  • Cut tofu into 1 inch cubes, and chop all vegetables
  • Cook tofu first, browning sides of cubes.
  • Next, place in the onions and peppers.
  • If using any other vegetable, add them after onions are translucent and the peppers soft. Cook vegetables until the onions are slightly caramelized.
  • Turn off heat and add soy sauce. Mix until everything is coated and let cool slightly.
  • Place rice in a bowl and place vegetables and tofu over rice.
  • Add any seasonings you have, to taste. Try not to add more salt.
  • Use the money you saved by making such a cheap dish on some really nice beer, and enjoy it with the meal.
  • BE SURE TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER, and fiber pills when needed, to make up for the horrendous things that you are doing to your body.
  • Learn to eat better.
