Pizza with homemade sauce, shrimp, mushrooms and cheese.

Ingredients
  • 1 Prepared crust, or your own homemade crust
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh, or 1 tsp dried Basil
  • 2 fresh Tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and diced small
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deviened
  • 1 1/2 Cup shredded Mozza cheese
  • 1/2 Cup Parmesean cheese

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  2. Spray pizza pan with non stick spray
  3. Place crust on pan and sprinkle with garlic and basil
  4. Add tomatoe and cover with cheese
  5. Place shrimp pieces on top
  6. Bake 18- 22 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese begins to brown
