How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees F
  • Spray pizza pan with non stick spray
  • Place crust on pan and sprinkle with garlic and basil
  • Add tomatoe and cover with cheese
  • Place shrimp pieces on top
  • Bake 18- 22 minutes or until crust is crisp and cheese begins to brown

    This was really good! I used a Boboli thin crust and my pan had holes in it so I didn't spray it. I used grape tomatoes - about 14 of them - so they got seeded when I cut them but they didn't get peeled. When I pulled out my bag of shrimp from the freezer, there was about 3/4 lb. in there so I used it all up so mine ended up with more shrimp than called for but that's fine by me. I measured out one cup of mozzarella and after I sprinkled it on, it looked like plenty to me. I had no paremesan. I used fresh basil from my garden and baked mine for 18 minutes. I think some green onions would make this even more fabulous. Put this goodie in the IMI on 9/6/15.
