mince pie

- 1 Tablespoonoil shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1 1/2 Tablespoon flour shopping list
- 1 onion finely chopped shopping list
- 500g mince shopping list
- 1/2 cup beef stock (liquid) shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons tomato puree shopping list
- salt n pepper shopping list
- 400g pastery shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 1 tablespoon milk shopping list
How to make it
- heat oil in fry pan. add onion and garlic and cook until onion is golden. stiring all the time. add mince and cook quickly until meat is browned and crumbling. stir in flour and cook 30 seconds. gradully add stock and bring to the boil stiring constantly. stir in tomato puree salt n pepper. simmergently for 10 mins set aside to cool. cut pastery in half. on a lightly floured board roll out one half of pastery and line the tim, wet edges of pastery, spoon meat filling into pastery, combine egg yolk and milk to brush pastery. cook 200c for 25 mins until golden
