A couple of questions:
sprinkle with 2 to 2 1/2 teaspoons of a topping--what kind of toppings do you suggest?

Could you use parchment paper on the baking sheets? My concern is that the Parmesan would stick or overbrown being baked cheese side down on the baking sheet, even though it has been greased.

This is such a great idea and a wonderful finger food even for children.

Great idea....love using the star cutters!
