Creamy Chicken Tikka

- 600 gms boneless chicken cubed shopping list
- 2 tbsps ginger/garlic paste shopping list
- 2 tbsps corn flour shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsps red chilly powder shopping list
- 4 tbsps white flour shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tbps tinned cream shopping list
- salt shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- Oil for deep frying shopping list
- bread crumbs for coating shopping list
How to make it
- Wash chicken pieces,dry them in kitchen towel.
- Marinate them in salt and ginger/garlic paste for 30 mins.
- Make a smooth and semi thick batter with white flour, eggs, chilly powder, lemon juice and little salt.
- Add cream to the marinated chicken and sprinkle corn flour, mix it.
- Dip chicken tikkas in batter, roll them in bread crumbs to coat evenly.
- Heat oil and deep fry them on medium heat till golden brown and crisp.
- Serve hot with mint chutney.
