Spiced Apple And Cinnamon Topping

This goes perfectly well with a big bowl of vanilla ice cream. i warm the apple mixture then pour over ice cream. YUM!!!!
Ingredients
- 1 apple, chopped into bite-size portions shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsps lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl
- Sprinkle over apples
- Melt butter in a pan
- Add apple mixture and boil intil apple chunks soften and mixture turns syrupy
