This goes perfectly well with a big bowl of vanilla ice cream. i warm the apple mixture then pour over ice cream. YUM!!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 Apple, chopped into bite-size portions
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsps Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Butter

Directions
  1. Mix sugar, cinnamon, lemon juice and salt in a small bowl
  2. Sprinkle over apples
  3. Melt butter in a pan
  4. Add apple mixture and boil intil apple chunks soften and mixture turns syrupy
