  • POUR IN MARINADE AND PRESS OUT ALL THE AIR. SHAKE BAG,VERY WELL TO DISTRIBUTE MARINADE EVENLY OVER QUAIL
  • REFRIGERATE 1 TO 8 HOURS.REMOVE QUAIL AND DISCARD MARINADE.PAT DRY WITH PAPER TOWELS
  • LIGHTLY BRUSH WITH OIL.MIX SEASONING BLEND IN A SMALL BOWL AND SPRINKLE OVER QUAIL
  • GRILL,BREAST SIDE DOWN,OVER INDIRECT,MEDIUM HEAT FOR 15-20 MINUTES OR UNTIL JUICES RUN A VERY PALE PINK(GAME BIRDS JUICES WILL BE SLIGHTLY PINK WHEN DONE,DON'T OVER COOK)

    Sounds delicious. Great recipe. I just had grilled quail, chucker, and pheasant last weekend. Ate with some friends! Love grilled quail.
