Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp. Ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. Soya Sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. Any flavour of barbeque sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp. Worcheshire Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Whiskey or vinegar or lemon juice

Directions
  1. Mix and coat your steaks or porkchops. You can cook them right away or let them sit for 30 minutes.
  2. **TIP**
  3. Because of the soya sauce, worcheshire sauce and the whiskey/vinegar/lemon juice, the marinating time is cut down due to the acidic level being higher than usual so don't let it sit over night because the acid can cook the meat.
