For more recipes visit my blog at whatscooking.us I have been using a piece of Tupperware called Quickchef, a very practical food processor and I came out with this Apple salad one day I needed something fast and tasty to go with my chicken.

Ingredients
  • ½ onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 apples
  • salt

Directions
  1. Just chop everything in the food processor and serve. That’s it!
