How to make it

  • Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
  • Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese in food processor, and blend until almost smooth.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, except pecans, and mix well.
  • Shape into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least an hour.
  • Roll in pecans.
  • Serve with crackers and cut fresh veggies.
