Ingredients

1 pound of lean ground beef

1 medium onion

1 cup sauerkraut

3 packages refrigerator crescent rolls

Directions

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions

Drain off any excess liquid

Season to taste

Add sauerkraut and cook until heated

Open crescent rolls and crimp 2 triangles together to form rectangles

Place a small amount of meat mixture on each rectangle and roll up

Slice each roll into 2 or 3 rounds

Place on greased baking sheet, cut side down

Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until browned

Serve with your favourite tomato sauce
