How to make it

  • In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions
  • Drain off any excess liquid
  • Season to taste
  • Add sauerkraut and cook until heated
  • Open crescent rolls and crimp 2 triangles together to form rectangles
  • Place a small amount of meat mixture on each rectangle and roll up
  • Slice each roll into 2 or 3 rounds
  • Place on greased baking sheet, cut side down
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until browned
  • Serve with your favourite tomato sauce
