Beef And Cabbage Rolls Recipe
New twist on an old favourite! Easy to make and very tasty for cabbage roll lovers !

Ingredients
  • 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup sauerkraut
  • 3 packages refrigerator crescent rolls

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions
  2. Drain off any excess liquid
  3. Season to taste
  4. Add sauerkraut and cook until heated
  5. Open crescent rolls and crimp 2 triangles together to form rectangles
  6. Place a small amount of meat mixture on each rectangle and roll up
  7. Slice each roll into 2 or 3 rounds
  8. Place on greased baking sheet, cut side down
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 - 12 minutes or until browned
  10. Serve with your favourite tomato sauce
