From my friend Donna - don't know where she got it! It is fabulous, though! Always a hit! Cook time is chill time.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs seedless green grapes, washed and dried
  • 2 lbs seedless red grapes, washed and dried
  • 1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 c sugar
  • 8 oz marbled cheese, (colby & monterrey jack), grated large (? - not fine)
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1 c chopped pecans

Directions
  1. Wash grapes and DRY thoroughly
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and sugar well
  3. Stir in whole grapes
  4. Add 8 oz shredded cheese
  5. Mix brown sugar and pecans
  6. Sprinkle over top
  7. Chill at least one hour
