Apricot Pudding With Marscapone

- 10-12 oz mascarpone or mascarpone Light shopping list
- 2Tbls sugar shopping list
- 1 jar apricots in syrup shopping list
- 250g Galbani Santa Lucia® mascarpone or mascarpone Light shopping list
- 50g sugar shopping list
- 1 tin apricots in syrup shopping list
- Level of difficulty shopping list
- MEDIUM shopping list
- Preparation time shopping list
- LESS THAN 30 MIN shopping list
- Mix the well-drained apricots in the blender with sugar and mascarpone. Wet individual moulds with the apricot syrup and pour the mixture in. Freeze till serving. Garnish with slices of apricots and mint. shopping list

How to make it
