How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Melt butter in medium saucepan.
  • Blend flour, chives and salt into butter.
  • Gradually add milk and sherry.
  • Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.
  • Add crabmeat and shrimp.
  • Cook over low heat stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.
  • Spread 1/4 cup filling across center of each crepe and roll up.
  • Place in rectangular baking dish.
  • Spoon remaining filling down center of crepes.
  • Bake 10 minutes.
