Elegant SEafood Crepes

- 3 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 3 tablespoons flour shopping list
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1-1/3 cups milk shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sherry shopping list
- 7 ounce package frozen crabmeat drained and flaked shopping list
- 10 ounce package frozen cooked shrimp thawed and drained shopping list
- 8 crepes shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Melt butter in medium saucepan.
- Blend flour, chives and salt into butter.
- Gradually add milk and sherry.
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened.
- Add crabmeat and shrimp.
- Cook over low heat stirring occasionally until heated thoroughly.
- Spread 1/4 cup filling across center of each crepe and roll up.
- Place in rectangular baking dish.
- Spoon remaining filling down center of crepes.
- Bake 10 minutes.
