TRUITE FARCIE AUX CHAMPIGNONS

- 4 trout shopping list
- 1 slice bacon shopping list
- 1 pound mushrooms shopping list
- 1/2 pound carrots shopping list
- 1/2 pound celery shopping list
- 1 tomato shopping list
- 1 clove garlic shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon each, oregano, tarragon, nutmeg and parsley shopping list
- 1 bay leaf shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Wash clean and dry trout.
- Chop bacon and all vegetables.
- Add seasonings to vegetables and cook until tender.
- Let mixture cool then stuff the trout.
- Preheat oven to 300 and bake trout for 10 minutes.
- Just before serving run briefly under broiler.
