How to make it

  • Wash clean and dry trout.
  • Chop bacon and all vegetables.
  • Add seasonings to vegetables and cook until tender.
  • Let mixture cool then stuff the trout.
  • Preheat oven to 300 and bake trout for 10 minutes.
  • Just before serving run briefly under broiler.
