So simple to make & so yummy to eat.

Ingredients
- 8oz. cream cheese; room temperature
- 8oz. sharp chedder cheese (ex: Kaukana); room temp.
- 1 stick unsalted butter; room temp.
- ground nuts
Directions
- Beat 1st 3 ingredients with mixer.
- Chill in fridge 2 hrs. or until firm enough to roll.
- Roll mixture into 1 large or 2 small balls.
- Roll in ground nuts.
- Refrigerate again til firm,
- Serve with crackers.
