How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Place potatoes in large bowl. In a small bow whisk oil & cheese sauce mix until well blended.
  • Stir next 6 ingredients into cheese sauce mixture.
  • Pour mixture over potatoes & stir until well coated.
  • Spread potato mixture into a large jelly roll pan.
  • Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
  • Serve hot.

    This recipes sounds yummy. I'm always looking for potato recipes, and I just recently started cooking with red potatoes. I'm going to try your recipe as soon as I buy some cheese sauce. Thanks for a great post!

    I have to let everyone know that I tried this for a party last night and EVERYONE loved them. I handed out the recipe to 14 different people and have gotten 7 Emails from people to day asking for the recipe. This is a permanent recipe in my file box now and one I will make severla times a year. Yummers. Thans for sharing.
