Upside Down Apple Cinnamon Muffins Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400F.
  • Generously grease 12 muffin tins.
  • Sprinkle tins with cinnamon and sugar.
  • Stir together apple and honey. Spoon a few slices into each muffin cup. Reserve the rest.
  • Mix all remaining ingredients together at once. Don't over stir.
  • Spoon muffin mixture evenly into tins.
  • Place remaining apple slices neatly on each muffin.
  • Bake until golden brown.
  • Take out of tins right away, and cool upside down.
