Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 6.5 oz. can crabmeat
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne (or more to taste)
- 24 medium mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Directions
- Blend cheese, crabmeat, garlic and spices until soft and thoroughly mixed. Spoon mixture into mushroom caps. Brush melted butter over the caps.
- Bake at 325ºF for 30 minutes or until slightly browned. Serve hot.
