Baked Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine sweet potato, sugar, eggs, milk and butter. Place in a buttered 2 quart ovenproof casserole.
  • Combine the topping ingredients. Mix well. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture.
  • Bake, covered, at 350ºF for 1 hour until thoroughly heated. Garnish with whole pecans if desired.
